Arne Domnerus Antiphone Blues K2 HD
24-Bit/100kHz Mastering! This K2 HD Mastering CD will play on ALL CD players!
This recording has been mastered by the new K2 HD format of 24-bit 100kHz, which creates an unbelievable sound surpassing other formats!
This is the best solo saxophone with organ recording in the world in terms of performance and sonic excellence. Period.
Antiphone Blues is the dialogue between a saxophone and an organ in the mighty nave of the Spanga Church in Stockholm. Saxophonist Arne Domnerus and organist Gustav Sjökvist engage in an empathetic dialogue. The original recording took place on August 26, 1974. The recording system is not transmitted, but seems to have been high-class. The K2 HD Mastering once again gets everything out of the analogue tapes.
Both the FIM SACD and the K2HD of this title differ in spatial representation from the first release. Producer Winston MA decided to stagger the previously somewhat right-leaning recording spatially wider and to place the saxophone slightly to the left in front of the central organ.
The benefits of K2 HD Mastering:
