Norah Jones ...Little Broken Hearts SHM-SACD

If you didn't know that Norah Jones actually has a reputation as a cuddly singer, you would hardly come up with it after listening to this album. The production from 2012 comes from Danger Mouse and the motif of the abandoned artist is of little use as a guiding principle, despite the self-written songs. Jones may put contempt in her voice and Danger Mouse weave an interwoven tapestry of sound over it, but it remains an album of soft tones that only captivates on the second or third listen. So Norah Jones goes electronically and with a bass line.
This title is an SHM-SACD. This format is a further development of the single-layer SACD and uses a particularly light-transparent plastic (Super High Material). It achieves a much better readability of the pit-land structures on the surface than is possible with hybrid SACDs. Universal's SHM SACDs are generally re-digitized from the albums' master tapes to DSD without any changes. SHM SACDs can be played on any SACD player. Please do not use L'Art du Son or alcohol-based cleaning products. – Attention: All tracks are designed by Universal Music as collector's items in limited edition for the Japanese market.
