The Austrian pianist is considered one of the greatest Beethoven interpreters of our time. He has played the 32 sonatas in their entirety more than 60 times around the world, refining and developing his interpretation over the years. At the Salzburg Festival in 2014, he was the first pianist ever to play all the sonatas in one season. Previously, this recording was only available on DVD. Now the concerts, which have been highly praised by the press, are made available in this edition with nine CDs.
