Axel Fischbacher Trio Feat. Sophia Oster

It's 2022, it's the analogue days - and once again, the music is made in front of the microphones, by musicians who - as in the case of this live recording - not only face the audience, but also do without nets and false bottoms for the recording, authenticity takes precedence over perfection. The concept of the analogue days does not provide for any subsequent manipulation of the recording produced directly on stereo tape. What a musical stroke of luck this can be, the present concert shows.
Axel Fischbacher about his trio: "You count, it just sounds good and it goes off. What more could you want? Sophia Oster - who stepped in as a substitute two days before the recording - brings her extremely subtle to virtuoso piano playing to this concert in addition to her sensitive singing.
