Jesse Sharps Sharps and Flats

Jazz saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist Jesse Sharps' "Sharps & Flats" from 1986 were only available on CD for decades; here finally the title can also be enjoyed as an LP in audiophile quality. The album is one of producer Tom Albach's last studio recordings for his "Nimbus" label and is celebrated by connoisseurs as his best.
Cut directly from the 1/2" master tapes, an absolutely detailed and convincing presentation (in contrast to the CD, which is based on a weak DAT transfer) was achieved. This is the first and perhaps only opportunity to hear the album and the spirit of the interplay in its original power.
