Various Artists 40 Years Anniversary 1983-2023 45RPM (2 LP)
180g 45rpm Double Vinyl LP!
Pure Analog Recording & Cutting!
One-Stage Plating Process! Limited to 496 Copies!
Celebrating the label's 40th anniversary, Foné is releasing an equally special product: a 40th anniversary collection on 180-gram double LP containing the most significant tracks representing the large Foné catalog of classical, jazz and pop songs. Among the artists represented: Salvatore Accardo, Ruggero Raimondi, Orchestra e Coro dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia conductor Myung-whun Chung, Scott Hamilton, Musica Nuda, Fausto Mesolella, Enzo Pietropaoli and more!
The mastering for the vinyl was carried out by Giulio Cesare Ricci using the entirely analogue and valve Signoricci system. The master was created with the Ampex ATR 102 (Electronic Tube Ampex Model 351 - 1965), 2 tracks, 1/2 inch, 30ips modified by David Manley.
The gatefold cover was printed with an eight-color process and on heavyweight cardboard. The timing of each side of the two LPs (13 / 14 minutes) is optimal for creating wide grooves that guarantee 100% reproduction of the original dynamics of the production master. The vinyl LPs in this album were pressed in Germany on a manual press. Like all other Foné albums, the album is a limited edition of 496 copies.
